Meets Minnesota’s minimums: $100,000 per occurrence / $300,000 aggregate, $25,000 property damage. Certificates of insurance issued same-day through the carrier.

Additional-insured endorsements, ACORD 25 certificate formatting, and certificate-holder requirements specific to large clients, completed for national corporate property management departments.
Credential
NDT weld inspection
Background includes non-destructive testing credentials for weld inspection, relevant to structural and industrial inspection work.
Commercial facility work
Concrete slab repair, roof drain and scupper resealing, exterior painting, and general facility upkeep on warehouse, industrial and retail sites. Work is scheduled around operating hours and documented with before and after photos.
Comfortable with the requirements that come with commercial sites: site safety orientation, badge-in security, required PPE, hot work permits, PO numbers and signed field tickets.
